Equivalency Certification for Professionals

BEECA provides equivalency certificates to working professionals aiming to advance their careers in the United States. Since educational standards vary globally, individuals seeking employment in the U.S. must obtain an equivalency certificate for their prior education and work experience.

BEECA reviews and authenticates academic documents to ensure their validity. Upon evaluation, we issue an equivalency certificate along with verified copies of previous educational records, which helps prospective employers assess the candidate's educational background.

Professionals with BEECA equivalency certificates have successfully secured positions in various sectors, including manufacturing and engineering, due to the recognized standard of their education. Explore the advantages experienced by professionals who have obtained their equivalency certificates here.

Evaluation Procedure

BEECA is dedicated to confirming the legitimacy of qualifications from U.S. educational institutions. Our goal is to verify if degrees and qualifications meet the academic standards of American higher education.

We offer two types of evaluation packages:
  • Course-by-Course Evaluation Report
  • Document-by-Document Evaluation Report
Course-by-Course Evaluation Report:
  • Suitable for educational, licensing, and certification purposes.
  • Provides detailed analysis of each certificate, diploma, or degree.
  • Includes the duration of education and equivalency for each document.
  • Assigns a Grade Point Average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale.
Document-by-Document Evaluation Report:
  • Ideal for secondary school credentials, immigration, and employment.
  • Helps in identifying and interpreting certificates, diplomas, and degrees.
  • Assesses the duration of education and provides equivalency for each document.

Eligibility Requirements

To graduate, students must accumulate a specific number of upper-division credits. Transferable credits can be used to meet degree, certificate, or diploma requirements when pursuing careers in the U.S. For the equivalency of international qualifications, students must submit accurate and approved documents from their previous institutions according to BEECA’s guidelines. Incomplete applications may be rejected by BEECA.
